The story of an image bearer

Ryan moved around a lot growing up. As many navy brats did. At a young age he s enjoyed taking photos to keep as many memories of he could of the friends he made along the way. He would always get disposable cameras to capture everything he could. His first disposable camera was given to him by his grandma in Bremerton, WA. They got it after going on a walk to the local "Fred Meyer."

He learned early that each moment was precious since things were constantly changing for him. He would begin to draw, write poetry and even rap. He is a creative artist who loves to express himself in what ever way he can. Photography and videography allows him to tell a story, but not just his story, but anyone else's. It allows him to share with others a glimpse of how he sees the world around him. He has recently written his first official book called "Identity" (truth that sets you free). Which partially has to do with being an "image bearer." He thought about what to call himself since he isn't just a photographer and is not just a videographer. He came up the most simplistic phrase: "Image Bearer"

In everything he does, his hope is to bear the image of God well. And not only that, with His camera, he is capturing the image of God in action (us who are made in his likeness). His love for rap gave him a love for the "play on words." When Christ was Risen from the Dead and defeated the grave, he restored the Image back to us and reconciled us back to the Father!
